Information we collect

When you buy a digital product, we receive the contact and transaction details needed to confirm the order, deliver the file and provide customer support. Stripe processes payment-card information; Rae Brooke does not store your full card number.

When you request a free resource or join a list, we collect the email address you choose to provide and the signup source so we can deliver what you requested.

Coaching applications

When you apply for coaching through Google Forms, Rae receives the answers you choose to provide, including contact details, goals, routine and any health-related information you share. This information is used to review fit and, if you enroll, to personalize your coaching. Please share only what is relevant. Application information is not posted publicly or added to marketing lists without separate consent.

How we use it

We use purchase information to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records and resolve support questions. We use signup information to deliver free resources and relevant updates. A purchase email is not added to marketing messages unless you separately choose to join.

Rae Brooke does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers, including Google Forms for coaching applications, Stripe for coaching payments, Google Workspace for coaching email, Base44 for DAELY enrollment records and service emails, Kit and our website host, to operate checkout, email, storage and secure delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own privacy terms.
